Steve Glenn, Chairman and CEO of Executive Travel said, “It’s time to celebrate 30 years of partnership with United Airlines. We want to thank United Airlines and our mutual clients and customers with a celebration never before offered by a Travel Management Company (TMC). Executive Travel is offering bonus MileagePlus award miles to any corporate or vacation traveler booking a United Airlines flight through Executive Travel during United Airlines appreciation week, July 10 – 14, 2017.” Glenn said the event was to celebrate the many positive things happening at United Airlines and that our focus was to thank our travelers for their support of United Airlines as well.
United Airlines Appreciation week has been designated by Executive Travel and will take place July 10-14, 2017. Intercontinental business class and first class seats purchased during that week will be awarded 25,000 MileagePlus miles whereas domestic flights will receive 1,000 miles for all classes of service. Bonus award miles will be awarded to any United Airlines flight booked through Executive Travel whether they are an existing or new client. Bonus award miles can be awarded to either the traveler or the person who makes the travel reservation. There is no limit to the number of bonus award miles that can be earned.
Bill La Peer, Chief Commercial Officer of Executive Travel added, “A Premier 1k® traveler that books a business class flight through Executive Travel to London for $5,000 would earn 55,000 MileagePlus miles from United Airlines plus 25,000 bonus award miles from Executive Travel for a total of 80,000 MileagePlus miles on a single trip.”
“Executive Travel has always been a company of innovation,” added Glenn. “We pioneered online booking for our clients before the internet was commonly used. We were one of the first companies with virtual travel advisors, and now we are the first company to offer bonus award miles to all of our current and future customers. We continue to innovate to give our customers the best possible experience.”
