1. Tell me a little about your Personality.
I am more on the reserved side at first, but I like to joke most of the time. I like to learn and try new things. But I also like staying in and hanging out with my cat. I also really like cat puns so if you hear any good ones, let me know. I’m always looking for more material.

2. How did you get started in the business?
My first industry job was at Pegasus Travel in Omaha. They took a chance on me because of my personal travel experience. I studied abroad in Ireland in 2011 and Turkey in 2013. With each term, I had the opportunity to travel around Europe both by myself and with friends.

3. Tell me a little about your family.
My family is just as crazy as everyone else’s. I have one brother and four step-brothers. We are all pretty close in age, the youngest being 23 and the oldest 30. Needless to say, it’s never a quiet house during holidays. We are also the type of family that includes pets in our family count. My dad and step-mom have three dogs and one cat. My mom, two of my brothers, and I all have one cat each. My cat is the best of all the pets.

4. What do you see as one of the biggest turning points in your life?
Studying abroad in Ireland was a pivotal time in my life. I had been away from home and my parents for a while at that point. Moving to a brand new place and throwing myself into a situation where I knew no one and almost nothing about the destination was the best learning experience. I met so many people and there were many life lessons in the short four months I was there.

5. What is your favorite thing to do on a day off?
My favorite thing is just having a lazy day. I like when I don’t have my day scheduled on my days away from work. I can work on projects I have going on. Sometimes I take my cat, Leonardo DiCatrio, for a walk at a local park. Sometimes he takes me for a walk. But mostly, I like materializing my creative energy. Recently I have been doing a lot of sewing, but I also paint, draw, and practice photography.

6. What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
My dad is a very giving person. He’s always the first I go to for any kind of help I would need. Sometimes I feel guilty about not being able to pay him back with time or money or whatever it is that he helped with. He told me once the best thing I could do for him is to pay it forward. Some day, someone is going to need my help the same I needed his.

7. If you could have a superpower what would it be?
I wish I had the ability to teleport places. That way, I could go wherever I wanted whenever I wanted. Whether it be to a beach for a day or to my brother’s apartment without needing them to buzz me in.

8. If you could choose any other profession to be successful in, what would it be?
I would want to be a traveling photographer for National Geographic or a large, noteworthy company like that. It combines my love of travel and photography.

9. What is your favorite movie?
One of my favorites is Mulholland Drive. It’s really confusing and dark. I had to watch it three times to actually put everything together. But that’s why I liked it so much. You just have to piece everything together to get to the meaning of the whole thing.

10. What is your favorite TV show?
The Office, but the seasons with Michael Scott. The show just wasn’t the same without him.
