Executive Travel has promoted Paul Glenn to serve as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. Paul will oversee the company as it continues to be one of the fastest growing TMC’s (Travel Management Company) in the industry.

Steve Glenn, the company founder and industry veteran, known for his thought leadership, will maintain his role as Chairman.  As Chairman, Steve will continue to provide leadership and vision for the organization while focusing more of his time and attention on areas of innovation.

According to Steve Glenn, “These are exciting times for Executive Travel as we celebrate not only our 33-year anniversary but also the continued growth of our current clients and new customer partnerships. Our company culture is built on strong partnerships with our customers, employees and vendors.  Our new company structure will allow us to be even more responsive to all our partners in the future. I am so excited about our team and the future of our company.”

Paul Glenn, former President and Chief Operating Officer, will move into the role as Chief Executive Officer.  Executive Travel is long known for being innovators in the travel industry, and one of the key areas of focus for Paul will be development and execution of Executive Travel’s products and services strategy to ensure we are able to continue to offer our clients all the best-in- class products & services.

Paul’s vision is explained, “What got us to where we are today, will not get us to where we want to be tomorrow. Countless numbers of companies have lost focus on their clients during times of significant growth and there has been a large amount of acquisition within our industry recently leaving for some gaps in service. Our reorganization is intended to leverage this time of significant growth for us to benefit current and future business partners, suppliers, and our most valuable asset, our amazing employees.”

Bill La Peer, former Chief Commercial Officer and industry veteran, will become Chief Operating Officer and President.  Bill will assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations for Executive Travel’s corporate business which includes Client Solutions, Operations, Client-facing Technology, and Business Development.  Executive Travel feels this move will position them to be more responsive to their clients. Bill says, “Anything touching the client will be managed by the same team.”

Through these strategic shifts, Executive Travel feels it can maintain best-in-the-industry products and services to continue to grow at a record pace.
